However, diets that are used, have severe caloric restriction or have a high protein content, can significantly increase this effect.

In fact, the natural course of weight loss is a rapid weight loss associated with loss of water from body tissues, which is then accompanied by a significant slowdown in fat loss, as the body now switches to burning fat stores to meet this energy requirement.

Therefore, when a diet plan or some other fat reduction program claims that you have the opportunity to help you lose up to 10-30 pounds of body weight over a dubious period of time, say, 1 week, you now have an idea of ​​how to lose weight, that you are against. You just can not easily burn fat, instead you will lose water from the body.
